The school is located at Sitio Apia, Barangay Calawis, Antipolo City. You can reach the place after a 25-minute ride with cool and fresh air and free from traffic jam from Cogeo to Paenaan dropping at Veterans. From here awaits you a tricycle that will take you another 45 minutes to reach Barangay Calawis. Then, it will take you an hour of walking through the steep mountain to reach the school.

 

Calawis National High School – Apia Extension has a total land area of 3300 sq. meters donated by Mr. Teofilo Rubio. The school was built in response to the clamor of the migrated families from different provinces particularly in Region VI – Western Visayas to seek for better life status. It has a Duavit-Type of building with three classrooms having been divided into four in order to cater the four year levels in high school. Most of the residents are commonly engaged in farming and small businesses like charcoal making, rice planting and vegetable selling as their source of income.
